The main goal for Swenson Service is to help folks with their technology so that they can be more successful in their daily lives. That is why we focus on the consumer level of electronics and the common problems and solutions that go along with them. When you "just want it to work", we are the ones to call!

As a quick list, our services include laptops, tablets, smartphones, wifi issues, and other general technology.

• Laptops - educating individuals to use their computers better, helping install software, adding printers, helping with printing problems, connecting to wifi, connecting to projectors/TVs, purchasing wireless keyboards and mice, purchasing external hard drives for in-person backups, using cloud storage for photos and files, troubleshooting other general issues

**We do not provide virus or malware removal. 

• Tablets and Smartphones - educating users on different features, installing & using apps, connecting to networks, knowing how to get the most out of your data plan, using photo printing services, tips and tricks for daily organization, protective screen and case purchasing and installation, cloud services

**We do not provide data retrieval services for non-responsive devices

• Wifi - we are here to help troubleshoot problems, install whole-house wifi systems, and help provide persons and businesses with what they need to have better coverage throughout their home or office.

• Other Tech Questions - no matter where you go, technology is everywhere! If you would like a second opinion on something, or just need someone to haul the broken monitor away, give us a call!

**We do not repair physically broken equipment, but we are more than happy to handle the purchasing of replacement parts (power cords, keyboards, etc.) and/or removal of the old equipment.
