Pricing

We currently charge $60 per hour (1-hour minimum)

Time is precious. That rate will be something that we always monitor to make sure that we are staying competitive, but not beyond our local industry average. 

We do not charge for quick phone calls or texts.

What if I need some parts or a whole new piece of technology?

We prefer direct reimbursement for purchased supplies. No additional sales tax is charged for these items. What the client pays is what we paid, however, this method does have the possibility of being charged more service hours since extra time is required in communicating with the client, finding other alternatives, etc.
